Where we are today

We are in the midst of the master planning process utilizing all of the input that we gathered from a week-long design charrette with residents and other interested community members that was held in August at Mayor Wright Home.

The design charrette week included dozens of hours of stakeholder interviews and a design-team workshop. The many ideas shared by the residents and community is informing the master plan for the redevelopment.

The predevelopment agreement that was executive in March 2016 enables the HPHA to work with the development team and community stakeholders to develop a Master Plan for the Mayor Wright Homes site, including but not limited to obtaining requisite governmental approvals and environmental assessments and reviews. Those processes are continuing.
